This above shot, from that one silent 10-second moment is perhaps my most favorite sequence from the entire film, referencing another simple-but-powerful line wherein the Joker lays out the very essence of who he is. It just so perfectly illustrates it. The Joker, feeling free, despite being in the back of a police cruiser, head out the window enjoying the wind blowing past his face, unfettered by the rules that should supposedly suppress him.
