Keiji Yamagishi’s “Retro-Active Pt. 1” is a nostalgia shot straight to the veins.

Original composer of the music for the likes of NES games like Ninja Gaiden and Tecmo Bowl, the man has recently stepped out from obscurity to dabble in solo work that sees him compose his own work, with a minor amount of collaborations, such as with Manami Matsumae of Mega Man music fame.  Makes for some damned entertaining chiptunes.
